When to replace the air filter of a car?
The frequency at which you should change your air filter is as follows:
In a normal environment, replace your air filter every 20,000 Km
In a dusty environment, replace your air filter every 10,000 Km
In a normal environment, replace your air filter every 20,000 Km

How to replace a air filter of a Peugeot 208 and where is it located
The air filter of the Peugeot 208 is located in an air box to the right side of the engine, left side of the vehicle, as shown.
Rotate left the air hose that connects to the air filter housing and take it off.
Rotate left the air hose that connects to the air filter housing and take it off.
Disconnect the oil vapour return hose and remove the air filter housing bolt
Unscrew the air filter housing clamp where it connects to the throttle body and take off the air filter housing as shown.
Take out the air filter housing from the engine compartment, open it by unscrewing its screws, and replace the air filter cartridge. Reverse all above steps and that's it!
