Tools needed for the quickest tire repair!
All you need is to keep in your car a Philips screwdriver along with a few tire puncture repair screws as shown here below.
These plastic screws are sold in a tight plastic container to preserve the compound in which they are impregnated.
This transparent glue simply reacts with both rubber and oxygen to vulcanize and seal the puncture.

How to fix the tire puncture with the tire fixing screw
Use your screwdriver to take out the guilty screw that punctured your tire, and screw in the repair screw!
Inflate your tire and that's it!
NOTES:
Inflate your tire and that's it!
NOTES:
- This repair will last for a few weeks or months but in all cases, your tire would de-inflate very slowly giving you time to inflate it until you visit a tire workshop and apply a permanent fix
- If you find a nail instead of a screw, then you will obviously need nail pullers to take it out.
