Meaning of the zigzag and coil orange warning light on Renault Trafic, Opel Vivaro, and other Renault or Dacia models
This orange warning light on Renault Trafic and Opel Vivaro, also on many other Dacia and Renault models indicates an ignition problem which could result from COPs (Coil-On-Plugs), spark plugs or both.
It often turns on along with the maintenance warning light, then both will vanish upon fixing the problem. On Renault Trafic in particular, but also all K4M and F4R Renault engines, it is often the result of water accumulation within the spark plug wells to the right side of the vehicle (cylinders No 3 and 4). Pay attention to the water ingress cause and fix it. Its associated symptoms are:

How to fix the ignition misfires warning light on Dacia and Renault models, also Opel Vivaro
Disconnect the ignition coil (coil-on-plug, COP) connector and unscrew the bolt that holds the COP.
You will immediately notice the wet COPs, with clear traces of water on them:

Take out all spark plugs, clean them dry them and fit them back after drying the spark plug wells with a thick shop towel.
Use a contact cleaner and a soft cloth to clean the rubber insulator (boot) of the COP.
Do not spray any product inside the COP, do so only on the rubber boots, then insulate them with a dielectric silicone spray and fit them back.
