Fixing a small kitchen shelf
This space below the kitchen cabinet and nearby the stove is ideal for keeping the spices at hand when cooking.
A shelf matching the cabinet wood has been ordered to the wood cutting workshop.

Plastic shelf holders of a matching color shall be used to fix the condiment shelf.
They exist in different gap sizes that have to match the shelf thickness.
In this case, the shelf is 18mm thick and same is the gap of the holder.

The shelf is then pushed into the holders with some force and that's it!. It can be removed the same way with some force too reason why these holders are to be fixed with a screw and not "montage glue".

There is no need to consider any border at the shelf edge. The shelf depth of 10cm is enough to provide a secure space for the spice bottles. A 1cm gap between the spice bottle and the bottom of the kitchen cabinet has been considered.
