Divide broccoli into small florets and stir fry them with olive oil in a large pan until golden.
Add finely chopped onion and continue stir frying for another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the fish fillet into small bites and place it in an oven dish.
When the vegetables are done, add them to the fish filet in the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Mix the cream with mustard and parsley and pour over fish and vegetables.
Top with slices of butter.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
