Removing the broken bike kickstand and fitting the new one
Use an Allen key to unscrew the bolt that holds the base of the broken kickstand and take it out.
Fit and tighten the new kickstand the same way. Do not reuse the existing bolt, replace it with the new one provided with the kickstand:

Adjusting the kickstand
Use again an Allen key to loosen the kickstand length adjustment screw.
Tighten the screw once you find the most convenient kickstand length, in a manner that the bicycle stands at the right angle.
