BEFORE YOU START
  • You need a $5 sealant/silicone gun for spreading the so-called "Montage Glue".
  • It exists in both indoor and outdoor use versions.
  • Some are white, some are not.

The construction adhesive often called montage kit or power fix glue 

Get the appropriate all purpose fix anything construction glue cartridge: indoor, outdoor or white.
Some montage kit glues are available in squeeze tubes, others in cartridges for sealant gun (cartridge gun).

How to use the montage kit - power fix glue:

  • Spread the montage glue in 1-inch wide and 10 mm deep "cake" on the accessory to fix.
  • Apply to the wall / surface and press for thinning the glue. 
  • For heavy items, combine 2-sided fixing tape to the glue and alternate both. This will let your decoration item being held by the tape until the montage glue sets and reaches its full strength

Double-sided tape has been added at the sides of the light.
Apply immediately the decoration item to the wall or ceiling.
The montage glue will reach its full power after 24 hours only.

Examples of wall or ceiling fixing with montage glue

DECORATION ITEMS, PLASTIC OR WOODEN BATHROOM FITTINGS, SMOKE DETECTORS, DOOR HOLDERS, ETC.
IT WILL BE A GOOD IDEA TO AVOID DRILLING INTO CERAMIC TILES IN GENERAL AND USE THE GLUE INSTEAD.
