WHAT YOU NEED

Put the ground beef along with the 7-spice mix, diced onions and garlic into a cooking pot and cook covered at low heat for for 10 to 15 minutes while stirring from time to time.
You can replace the Lebanese 7-spice mix as follows:
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
A pinch of ground cinnamon
