Wash well under running water the lettuce and the tomatoes.
Place the lettuce leaves simply cut by hand as shown in the left picture.
Top them up with the Iceberg leaves as shown in the middle picture in a manner to create a bird's nest.
Put one last leaf of Iceberg lettuce in the bottom of the nest, this will be for the tuna.

Boils the eggs and cook the green beans.
Do not thaw the beans, cook them while still frozen and for a few minutes only until soft.

Open the tuna tins and pour the oil in a drinking glass. The oil will be used for the sauce.

Prepare a mayo sauce:
- In the same glass where the tuna oil is, add 2 table spoons of mayonnaise.
- Add the juice of 1 small lemon
- Add salt
- Add water to the 3/4 of the glass
- Mix well. Use a battery operated hand mixer to make the mix smooth and homogeneous.
