- This is one of the easiest ways to prepare and serve fish !
- It requires 10 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of cooking.
- Since the fish is oven grilled with very little attention required during the 30 minutes of cooking, you can easily do something else in the meantime.
- The grilled fish can be served as is.
- No oil, no sauce, no complicated tasks...
Use any oblong or rectangular GLASS oven baking dish.
Do not use a ceramic baking dish unless it is a damaged one. This is because ceramic pans can have a surface fracture when the recipe involves no liquids like in this case.
You can also cover the oven steel tray with aluminum foil and then proceed as shown below with the sticks.
With your hands, cut barbecue sticks and dispose them in the baking pan as shown to the right.
This is a must to avoid that the fish gets cooked in its own juice.

After 15 minutes exchange the upper and lower baking dishes.

Once the 30 minutes are over, test the fish with a fork to make sure it is well done.
