Removing the wiper blade rubber strip
Open the wiper arm and gently pull out the rubber strip.
You can bend it a little to take the strip out of its first holding point, then slide is out of the remaining two holders.
Watch well how the steel blades are fitted inside one of the grooves of the rubber strips since you need to refit them the same way in the new blade. See below for re-assembly.

Refitting a new rear wiper blade rubber strip
Cut the rubber strip to the same length of the worn one and refit the metal blades in the first groove (right).
Firmly hold the assembled rear wiper blade with your fingers while refitting it into the rear wiper arm.
Make sure the new blade is well anchored and that it cannot move out of its intended holders.
That's it!
