Refreshing lettuce salad with strawberries and granny

WHAT YOU NEED
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1strawberry punnet
  • 1/2 grape tomato punnet
  • 10 fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 a bunch of rocket
  • Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt for the sauce
Wash all vegetables.
Cut the:
  • grape tomatoes in half
  • mushrooms in slices
  • apple in half-moon slices
  • strawberries in slices
In a large salad bowl, arrange the various ingredients in layers; from bottom to top:
  • lettuce
  • rocket to cover the lettuce
  • mushrooms on the perimeter as shown below
  • apple on the perimeter inside the mushrooms
  • strawberries in the middle
  • grape tomatoes on the outer circumference

Do not add the sauce to the salad, prepare it and serve it apart.
