Baked sweet potato easy recipe

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Glass baking dish
Wash the sweet potatoes under running water.
Put them in a glass baking dish in a preheated oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Baking time is around 50 minutes.
Test them with a fork to make sure they are soft enough.

TIP:
  • ​Do not use a ceramic baking dish unless it is a damaged one. 
  • This is because ceramic pans can have a surface fracture when the recipe involves no liquids like in this case.
  • You can also cover the oven steel tray with aluminum foil and use it instead.
