WHAT YOU NEED

Just put the frozen fish fillet (still frozen) in the wok on the largest burner and set it to the high heat.
Safety tip: do not forget to fit the wok holder to your burner for extended safety (right picture) since you keep stirring the food in a wok. The latter should then be well secured.
Add the chopped tomato and capsicum beneath the fillet to create some immediate juice.
Do not add salt at all since you will be using later soy sauce. Salt is not used when cooking with soy sauce.

As soon as the fillet starts thawing and while still frozen from inside:

When the paprika melts in the fish juice and starts turning yellow, add the soy sauce as follows:

Cut the fish fillet while cooking using the wooden spatula as soon as this is made possible.
Cut in pieces of a few centimeters not too small, not too large.

Add one and a half small packs of frozen wok vegetables that is a total of more or less 600g.
Do not mix or stir at all to avoid damaging the fish, just leave the vegetables on top until they thaw and soften.

Add the corn oil once the vegetables are half cooked and mix gently taking care not to smash the fish.
Once all is cooked, you can optionally add baby shrimps and mussels. Again, let them thaw before gently integrating them in the mix with your wooden spoon.
|
Turn off the heat and serve 2 minutes only after integrating the shrimps and mussels.
