Fitting new brake pads on any of your bike's front or rear wheel
Look well at the provided accessories with your brake pads and you will notice the below:
- 2 conical thick washers
- 2 conical teethed washers
- 1 conical nut that can be tightened with an allen key
Insert the brake pad between the wheel and the brake lever, then through its intended opening in that lever, while using one conical washer and one teethed washer. The teethed washer is the one to put in contact with the lever.
Insert the other teethed washer then the other conical washer followed by the nut.
With your hand, adjust the brake pad in a manner that it is aligned with the wheel trim, then tighten the nut with the allen key.
Do the same on both sides.

Fit and tighten the new kickstand the same way. Do not reuse the existing bolt, replace it with the new one provided with the kickstand:

Adjusting the bicycle brake pads
Operate the brake handle a couple of times and check the gap of both pads with the wheel trim.
The pads should have the same gap, like 2 to 3mm.

In case one of the pads is closer to the trim than the other, adjust the gap of the one that has the wider gap using the small screw as shown in the below picture.
