How to replace a air filter of a 2016 DS DS3
Unscrew the air filter cover bolt that holds it to the cylinder head of the DS3 1.6VTi.
Unscrew all screws that hold the air filter cover to the air filter housing, using a torx screwdriver or key.
Unscrew all screws that hold the air filter cover to the air filter housing, using a torx screwdriver or key.
Take out the air filter cover of the DS3, this uncovers the air filter:

Replace the air filter cartridge while making sure the orange gasket fits well on all the circumference. Refit the air filter cover and that's it!
