Some COP's can be removed with no tools unless you have to unscrew one bolt as shown here.
Take out all COP's.
Take out all COP's.
Put them in a clean tray.
Wipe them with a clean and soft cloth especially the silicone boot (middle).
Clean also the interior of the coil boot (right).

Use a dielectric grease or oil to insulate your coils.
Make sure the silicone grease has good dielectric properties and high operating temperature.

Spray the coil boots with the dielectric silicone grease all around.
Spray also the interior of the coil boots but only the tip. Make sure not to spray any grease on the coil connector.
Leave the coils to dry in the sun for a few minutes prior to refitting them.
