Dacia and Renault Duster / Sandero headlight bulb replacement: removing

Look at the back of the headlight and you will immediately see black covers that can be removed by hand.
You can now access the electric connector inside the headlight.
Pull out the connector which could come out along with the bulb. If not, pull the bulb out also with your fingers exactly like you did for the connector. Note well its orientation in order to facilitate the refitting of the new bulb.
In particular, the bulb has one and only "leg" pointing upwards in this case.
All you need to know about the bulb can be found printed on its base. An H7 halogen bulb of 55W in this case which can be easily and widely found in any spare parts shop or a hypermarket.

Dacia and Renault Duster / Sandero headlight bulb replacement: refitting

When changing the headlight bulbs of the Dacia Duster, keep in mind that all H7 bulbs are identical regardless of the make.
They all have the same dimensions.
Simply push the bulb in its socket making sure of the leg orientation then push the connector after it.
Or, if you prefer, push the bulb in the connector first, then push both together into the bulb socket inside the headlight.
Try pulling out both with lesser force than the one you used to remove them, they should hold well in place.
You can take advantage of a burnt bulb to change all bulbs of the headlights of your Renault Duster to LEDs.
