Cut the peeled potato, carrot and onion into medium sized pieces and put them along with the chicken wings and neck in a medium sized cooking pot.
Fill the cooking pot with 3/4 of water and add the celery, parsley and green onion chopped as shown in the below pictures. Add the salt and spices to taste, also the cinnamon stick.
Bring the soup to boil, then add the bag of bouqet garni (left) which will be removed before serving and lower heat.
Let it simmer for a few minutes before adding the vermicelli. Leave it on low heat until the potato is soft. It's ready, Bon Appétit ! |
