Homemade lemon cleaner recipe, without vinegar
Collect the lemons you have used for making lemon juice in a glass or plastic jar and cover them with water. Keep the jar in the fridge and keep adding lemon peels to it each time you press a lemon.
Once full, use an immersion blender to turn the lemon peels and water into a thick paste which you can then use as a dishwashing liquid or multi-purpose surface cleaner or detergent (see further below).
Keep it refrigerated, especially in summer.

Consider buying lemon leftovers at a grocery store that could not sell all of them on time in order to process large quantities. In this case, you can then benefit from the entire lemon fruit, not only the peels. Don't forget however that you have to keep them in the fridge as soon as you mix them with the blender.
