What are Lebanese "Sfouf" cakes?
Lebanese sfouf are soft but dry cakes made with turmeric or carob molasses.
These traditional cakes are found year-round in Lebanese bakeries.
They offer the benefits of both turmeric and carob, provided you reduce the sugar in the former, as is the case in this unique recipe.
