WHAT YOU NEED
- 6 Quails
- 3 Potatoes
- Ground garlic, black pepper, white pepper, paprika and coriander
- Corn oil
- Salt to taste

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes like wedges.
Put the quails in a glass baking dish and distribute the potato chunks in between
Spread evenly a bit of each of the spices.
Add if you wish a few whole grains of coriander and black pepper.
Pour corn oil over the quails and the potato in a manner to have some 2-3mm of oil accumulating in the bottom of the glass baking dish.
Heat the oven to the max and put them in there for 20-30 minutes, check if done with a fork.
Remove and serve with sauteed vegetables.
