Preparing the cooking sauce of the coriander-garlic frog legs
- Crush the garlic with salt then add the lemon juice and one tea spoon of corn oil and pepper to taste.
- Add a little chopped green coriander
- Put the mix in a small blender and blend all ingredients until obtaining a creamy white sauce
- Chop the coriander bunch and keep aside
