Wall light fabrication pictorial
Simply fix the base of an E14 lamp holder to the wood shelf bracket using a screw.
Use a flat table lamp cable, make it pass through the lamp socket base and push it in the electrical connectors of the socket.
Clip the socket to its base.

Have the cable passing on top of the wood shelf bracket and fix it with cable holders.
Fit the lampshade (lamp shade) of your choice to the bracket you just converted and fix the wall light to the wall.
In this particular case, black boxes were used to hold previous wall lights of a different type and were reused to attach the wall brackets.
