Wash well the potatoes but don't peel them.

- 1/2 coffee spoon of ground paprika
- 1/2 coffee spoon of ground black or white pepper
Put the tray in a preheated oven to 230 degrees (or to the max, potatoes do not require such an accurate temperature setting) and bake them until you can easily introduce a fork in the slices with denotes they are done. This usually requires 30 minutes.
It is important however to remove the baking tray after some 10-15 minutes, stir the potato slices for redistributing the spices and then continue baking until soft.
